Recommended: Good Children’s Bible
A few weeks ago, I offered a “Good Children’s Bible” to my newsletter subscribers as a prize.
As it turns out, many parents are looking for a good Children’s Bible so I thought I’d share my recommendation.
I really love the Bible produced by ZonderKidz. My 6-year-old can read it for himself and my 4-year-old can also understand the language. Both of which are very important to me.
I’ve posted a link to it in the new TKTB Amazon Store that I’m filling with all the great Children’s Bible Resources that I recommend.
This Bible has a 5 star rating on Amazon with 48 positive reviews. Check it out here.

What resources do you recommend for older children?

Hi Rona - I found the Teen Study Bible by Zondervan to be effective when I taught Youth Sunday School last year. Just go to amazon.com and type “Teen Bible” in the search box.
I students liked reading in NIV - they felt like they actually understood what they were reading.
I hope that helps.

Hi Rona…
I just recently purchased the NKJV Early Readers Bible and the NKJV Explorer’s Study Bible for my kids. They are both great bibles for kids in the 6-12 year old age group. They both come in a durable hard cover format and best of all - my kids love their new bibles !
