TKTB Revitalization in Progress

Wow, it’s been so long since I’ve posted that I’m sure most have stopped reading. I’m sorry for the long absence.

I wanted to let you know things are changing around here and I’m exciting about what the Lord is about to do!

First, a new episode of the Teach Kids the Bible Podcast will be coming soon. The show will have a great new format and will provide more ideas to inspire parents to share the gospel with their children.

Second, Kids Devotion Junction will be open for the summer with a great ministry for parents looking to bring Biblical instruction to their summer activities.

Third, we are scheduling another thirty-one day reading challenge for the month of July. It was so much fun last year that we decided to do it again.

Also, look for more articles and information to be added to the site in the coming weeks.

Be Blessed!

Chanda

Increasing in Him,

I am excited about the podcast and will keep an eye or “ear” out for it. I am looking for ways to teach children the stories of the bible.

One tool that has been a great success is “This Bible Talks!” for pre-readers – kindergarten – 1st graders. They listen, follow along and learn stories from the bible. It is a true gift that I have found so…I thought I would pass it along. I look forward to what you have to offer.

Here are the details on the book:
“This Bible Talks!” by Pamela Fischer. Narrated by Michael David McGuire. Here is the website where I ordered it: http://www.thisbibletalks.com

    Hi Chanda,

I’m looking forward to some new podcasts from you…the ones I’ve heard have been very helpful and encouraging!

Now that my kids are past the pre-school phase (4th grade and Kindergarten reader), I’m having a harder time finding something that fits in between the picture-books and reading long passages straight from the Bible, which can be hard for some kids to listen to and comprehend.

I’ll check out Kids Devotion Junction and stay subscribed to the podcast! Be blessed!
